One connected assessment pathway built around two in-depth conversations: the Autism Diagnostic Interview–Revised (ADI-R) with someone who knows you well, and the Autism Clinical Interview for Adults (ACIA) with you. With support before, during and after your assessment.
Autism Assessment
£1,395
Around 120 minutes by telephone with a specialist clinician and someone who knows you well, ideally someone who knew you as a child. The conversation explores early development, communication, routines and sensory experiences.
A 60-minute conversation with a second specialist clinician, centred on your own perspective. Explore education, work, everyday life, interests, strengths and wellbeing, with breaks whenever you need them.
The two clinicians look at your questionnaires together with both interviews: the ACIA with you, and the ADI-R with someone who knows you well. They then reach their decision using the DSM-5 criteria. Your feedback call is your chance to discuss the outcome and ask questions.
Autism is lifelong, and many adults have spent years adapting or masking. Hearing from you and someone who has known you over time helps us understand more than a snapshot.
Early experiences, education, work or learning, and the routines of everyday life.
Communication, friendships, relationships and how social situations feel.
Structure, sameness, transitions and patterns that help with regulation.
Sound, light, touch, taste, smell and movement, including what feels enjoyable or overwhelming.
The things that bring joy, comfort, confidence and a sense of identity.
Health, sleep and other differences, alongside strengths and what helps you or your child thrive.
Strengths come first. Understanding a person is about far more than challenges.
Whatever the outcome, your report explains the evidence, your strengths, support needs and personalised recommendations. Access to the Raiys app provides clinically designed wellbeing tools for work, study and everyday life.
