    QUICK FACTS

Everything You Need At A Glance

GPs play a vital role in ongoing ADHD care, and we are committed to making referrals, shared care and day-to-day support as clear and collaborative as possible.

Assessment pathway: NICE-compliant diagnostic assessment and treatment

Post-diagnostic support: every patient is enrolled in Raiys BeChange — ongoing digital support that continues after diagnosis, not just a one-off report

Referral routes: we currently only offer a private self-pay option

Current wait times: no waiting list — appointments typically within days

    REFERRALS

    How To Refer

Patients are able to book an assessment themselves — no GP referral letter is required.

What You Will Receive After Assessment

Once your patient's assessment is complete, you will receive a clear, structured summary designed to support ongoing primary care — not just a diagnosis on paper.

A comprehensive clinical report summarising the assessment, diagnostic outcome and treatment recommendations

Details of any follow-up investigations needed if medication is being considered

A BeChange onboarding summary — confirmation of the post-diagnostic support your patient has already been set up with, so you have full visibility of their ongoing care plan, not just the diagnostic outcome

    MEDICATION

    Medication & Titration

While we are not currently offering this service, we will be in the near future, following a structured, NICE-aligned titration process.

    Our Formulary (First-Line, Adults)

    Methylphenidate

    Lisdexamfetamine

Non-stimulant alternative where not tolerated or effective: Atomoxetine

Our Formulary (First-Line, Children And Young People)

    Methylphenidate

    Lisdexamfetamine

Non-stimulant alternative where not tolerated or effective: Atomoxetine or Guanfacine

During titration, Raiys manages dose initiation, monitoring and adjustment. You will receive monitoring updates and titration summaries throughout.

    SHARED CARE

    Clear, Low-Friction Shared Care

We know shared care is often the biggest point of uncertainty for GPs considering a private ADHD pathway, so we have made ours as clear as possible.

What Our Shared Care Agreement Covers

Clear division of responsibilities between Raiys and your practice

Confirmed monitoring requirements (blood pressure, weight, and other checks as clinically indicated)

A named point of contact at Raiys for shared care queries

What Makes Shared Care With Raiys Different

Most providers hand over a report and step back until the next annual review. With Raiys, your patient continues using BeChange throughout shared care — meaning ongoing engagement, symptom tracking and medication adherence support happen continuously in the background, not just at scheduled check-ins.

If Shared Care Is Not Available

Where a GP practice is unable to take on shared care, Raiys continues prescribing directly.

    POST-DIAGNOSTIC SUPPORT

    Raiys BeChange

A diagnosis is the start of the process, not the end of it — and that is the gap BeChange was built to fill.

    What It Is

Raiys BeChange is our digital platform supporting patients after diagnosis, throughout treatment and beyond. Every Raiys patient is enrolled in it as standard, not as an optional extra.

What It Means For Your Patients

Continued support between appointments — rather than being handed a report and left to manage everything alone until the next review, patients have ongoing access to structured, digital support as they adjust to a diagnosis and, where relevant, to treatment.

What It Means For You As Their GP

Fewer "what happens now" queries landing solely on your practice between reviews, since ongoing support is built into the pathway

A patient who is more consistently engaged with their care plan, which supports smoother shared care

    The Gap This Fills

Most ADHD providers in this market stop at the point of diagnosis or titration completion. Raiys is structured differently — ongoing, digital, post-diagnostic support is part of the pathway from day one, not something patients have to seek out separately.
