Raiys’ Digital Platform meets ORCHA quality standards for digital health solutions

Raiys is proud to announce that its ground-breaking digital wellbeing platform has been officially accredited by the world’s leading health app assessment and evaluation organisation ORCHA.

ORCHA, the Organisation for the Review of Care and Health Applications, evaluates and accredits digital healthcare solutions so health and care commissioners, professionals and consumers can trust that they adhere to the highest standards of clinical and professional assurance, data and privacy, and usability and accessibility.

Raiys’ digital platform has been designed to provide early, preventative and holistic wellbeing support as more employers turn to digital products to help their employees. The platform combines advanced technology with online counselling , expert advice and the UK’s largest support directory, to deliver a comprehensive employee wellbeing experience. It was benchmarked by ORCHA against over 350 review points which are used within 70% of global industry standards.

Craig Lewis, Head of Wellness at Raiys comments: “This is a great achievement for the Raiys team. This accreditation validates the focus Raiys has had from the very start in creating trusted technology to support users to develop their wellbeing, mindset, and growth, in and out of work.”

ORCHA has been helping healthcare professionals and the public find trusted health apps since 2015, through its digital health libraries. It conducts reviews for NHS Digital and NHS providers across 70% of the UK.

Liz Ashall-Payne, Founding CEO of ORCHA said “Our congratulations to the team at Raiys. The ORCHA health app review process is one of the world’s toughest and passing is an indication of the dedication and vision of the app developers. We wish them all the best with their app.”

The accreditation by ORCHA serves as independent validation of Raiys’ commitment to ensuring that organisations can have full confidence in implementing its digital platform as part of their wellbeing strategies, knowing it meets stringent industry and data privacy standards.

With a mission to provide the best preventative support platform for employees, the company is committed to continuing to improve and develop its user-friendly employee wellbeing platform under the guidance of ORCHA.

‍The technology that powers Raiys is already used by a wide range of organisations, large and small, with around 750,000 employees having access to the ‘Wellbeing’ and ‘Growth’ tools and features, mental health support, and 1:1 coaching available within the app.
