The Raiys Story
Raiys was founded in 2018 by CEO James Murphy, who recognised that businesses were increasingly starting to understand their role in supporting employee, but were struggling with the effectiveness, engagement and measurement of the interventions deployed.
Today, Raiys is an independent company with a proven track record, providing wellbeing services to clients with over 750,000 employees.
