The Raiys Story

Raiys was founded in 2018 by CEO James Murphy, who recognised that businesses were increasingly starting to understand their role in supporting employee but were struggling with the effectiveness, engagement and measurement of the interventions deployed.

Today, Raiys is an independent company with a proven track record, providing digital wellbeing support services to over 150+ organisations across the private and public sectors.

We’re here to guide people through life’s challenges. Through our wellbeing platforms, we harness the power of real-life storytelling to inspire early intervention, offering relatable stories of hope and tailored support for a wide range of physical and mental health issues.

As Desmond Tutu famously said, “There comes a point where we need to just stop pulling people out of the river. We need to go upstream to find out why they’re falling in.”

This philosophy drives our mission: to deliver holistic, preventative digital wellbeing support that empowers individuals and enhances their overall wellbeing.
